The Aude Province (France) welcomes you to Carcassonne on 1 and 2 July 2024 to take part in the 3 international events organised under the aegis of the European Committee of the Regions:

• The 2024 meeting of the Sustainable Development Commission of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM)

• A workshop on Civil Protection in the Mediterranean

• A Conference: WATER, EUROPE AND RESILIENT COMMUNITIES – Towards a European Water Strategy: a multilevel water management to fight the climate crisis

Practical information

The Aude Departmental Council will provide shuttles for arrivals at Toulouse airport on July 1, as well as for departures on July 2 and 3. There will be a fixed number of shuttles, according to the table below.

In the arrival hall, a person carrying an ARLEM sign will be present to welcome participants.

Participants who wish to use this service must indicate what shuttle they want when registering:
